While I make every effort to deliver your order to the post office in a timely manner and do as much as I can to ensure you get you order, I cannot responsible for the goods once it is in the fedral governments hands. Besides the fact that tampering with the U.S. Postal service is a felony crime. I cannot get it back and I cannot reroute it. If Their tracking says it was delivered I have to trust that. In the event you did not get your order, and the tracking says delivered, call your local post office. If I were to call, All I would get is legal jargon saying that is was no longer my merchandise. I advise you to request additional tracking for your package. The Post office charges extra , but you will know without a doubt where it is.
If your order absolutely MUST get to a destination by a specific time, please tell us in the order comments. Normal shipping times do not apply on a truckload sale or the biggest sale of the year. We will process as quickly as we can however, due to the large volume of orders during this time we cannot guarantee shipping on the same date you order.

There is a limit as to how much we can stuff into these packages. Flannel is more bulky and takes more boxes than regular cotton. Please state whether you would rather have your order in one box to ensure safe arrival or two, should the need arrise. If we do not hear form you we will assume one box (package).
When we say there is a limit as to how much fabric can fit into a Priority Flat Rate Envelope, it's no exaggeration. We can fit 8 yards into this envelope, with much standing on it and squishing it as much as possible. The Post Office is not usually happy with us, and the package may not be pretty, but it will get to you.
Local? you can still participate in the sale even though it's not instore... order online and let us know it is for "instore pickup" and I will remove the shipping charges before processing the payment.
Discounts, Sales and Codes may not be combined or exchanged for further savings. Only one may be used at a time. The final ruling on sale prices is the actual date of the order and what discounts were valid at that time. If your order was placed the day before or the day after a sale the sale prices are not applied.
